I'm excited to share my design for a reader-submitted bedroom in this blog post. I created a captivating color palette that draws inspiration from a breathtaking wallpaper. The room features a relaxing ambiance, a beautiful mix of materials, and intriguing lighting that elevates the overall aesthetic.
I carefully curated a color palette inspired by the stunning wallpaper for this bedroom design. The vivid green color stands out beautifully against the rich golden tone, creating a striking and visually appealing contrast. The dresser and nightstand immediately caught my eye, and I knew they were perfect for the space. I experimented with different bed options until I found the ideal upholstered choice to soften all the hardlines. The large mirror above the dresser is beautifully trimmed and serves as a functional and lovely backdrop. To add visual interest, I incorporated a mix of different lighting elements. If your bedroom allows for it, I recommend adding a cozy chair. In this design, I had enough space to include a bench at the end of the bed and a chair with a small end table – the perfect spot for enjoying a cup of tea and reading a chapter before bedtime. This design is not just a bedroom; it reflects the person's style and comfort.
