We're a year old!! I can't tell you how happy I am that my little blog has made this milestone. I was so nervous to start this blog and now it is growing into something even bigger than I could imagine. Thank you all for your support over this last year and for your continued support over the next. We've already had some big changes (brand new website with an online store front!) to start the new year off right. I am hosting a giveaway to say thank you to all my followers old and new! Back when I first got married, I discovered domino magazine at my local bookstore. I immediately subscribed, dreaming of making her very first apartment home. About three months later we moved to a new state. Domino then came out with their first book. I was so excited! I would go to the bookstore and long after it's beautiful cover. My husband bought that book for me for Christmas that year. I poured over the book and I read it cover to cover, twice. It awakened a spark in me that I had forgotten. I knew then I wanted to design. Not just any design but I wanted to help people create beautiful and affordable homes. Dominoes first book taught me design basics and had wonderful illustrations for reference. I still use this book as a reference from time to time.
Domino now has the second book, "Domino, your guide to a stylish home". This book is filled with wonderful tips to make your home your own style and has tons of beautiful images to inspire you.
