I am embarking on a new exercise to focus on positivity and bringing more happiness into my life and those around me. I have noticed that I tend to dwell on negatives, which can feel safe as it shields me from potential hurt. However, I am determined to retrain my brain to avoid automatically going into survival mode, even for the most trivial issues.
