This affordable living room design was inspired by the Gap Home collection exclusively from Walmart. This space is perfect for starter homes, playrooms, small apartments, or even home staging. The wood base sofa and accent chairs will add warmth and elevate your room. The lift-top coffee table pairs nicely here and offers closed storage, soft-close hinges, and open cubbies on the ends of the table. Anchor the space with this hand-woven rug that brings in more texture and color.
Easily update your bathroom with this modern bathroom design. The wood detail on the vanity adds warmth to the clean modern lines and overall industrial aesthetic. The concrete and metal are softened by organic textures and a curved soaking tub. The blue herringbone backsplash tile adds unexpected color to keep things interesting and the color is repeated in the runner.
This dining room is designed with fall entertaining in mind. A large dining table with upholstered chairs and a bench comfortably allows seating for up to 8. The large buffet is perfect for serving cocktails or yummy pies and desserts. A beautiful and affordable rug adds a grounding layer to anchor the table. Instead of a traditional art piece between the windows, I created a feature using wall-mounted taper candleholders.
This casual living room is designed with fall in mind. The neutral color palette playfully combines different textures and materials. The leather director’s chairs add warmth and create another layer of interest—while the dark console adds unexpected contrast.
This modern primary bedroom is designed with warmth in mind. The limited color palette has plenty of interest by mixing different textures and materials. A rug is a great jumping-off point for any space (and yes, I mean carpeted rooms too). I really love this hand-knotted wool rug with its beautiful pattern. The upholstered headboard has decorative leather straps providing an unexpected contrast. The barrel back chairs have very subtle wing silhouettes, rear iron stretchers, and clean lines that add a modern touch. The gorgeous auburn poplar dresser with matching nightstands brings warmth to the modern design and the leather pulls add another layer of interest.
