Love Your Body With Spa Water

Is your immune systems suffering this winter? It seems like colds, the flu, and that “blah” feeling won't go away. Today, we are sharing one of our favorite ways to get your immune system back in working order. If you haven't tried "Spa Water" yet, you are in for a treat! This infused water is delicious and super easy to make. Win-win! Everyone knows we should be drinking more water. Infusing it can keep your water from feeling boring.

Reaching for a nice chilled bottle of water is super convenient and that used to be the way I drank all my water. But, those little plastic bottles are becoming quite the problem for our environment. I switched to a refillable bottle but I didn't love the way our tap water tasted. If you don't love the way something tastes, you probably wont drink it. So my husband came up with a pretty great solution. He suggested we purchase a water dispenser that will dispense cold, refreshing water anytime I wanted it. We decided on a Primo Water Dispenser. I love that we have instant hot or cold water that I can drink plain or infuse with wonderful ingredients to make Spa Water! And best of all its reusable bottles saves us money!

Spa Water isn't sweet, its just a refreshing twist on water. You can drink Spa Water all day, every day! Spa Water has so many benefits such as: 

  • Healthy, glowing skin

  • Boosting energy

  • Cleansing your liver

  • Help with weight loss

  • improving digestive health

  • Boosting your immune system

Spa Water takes very little time to make, most can be done in about 5 minutes. My go-to recipe is filling up a pitcher (or reusable water bottle) with cold water and adding sliced lemons, cucumber & mint. I like to refill my pitcher or bottle reusing my ingredients twice! Lets all drink more water and get healthy in 2018!

Here are some other great combinations to try:

  • Strawberry, cucumber, lime & mint

  • Fresh berries & basil

  • Lime, orange & Lemon

  • Pear, raspberry & rosemary

  • Watermelon & basil

  • Cucumber, grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, watermelon & mint

  • Strawberry, peach & mint

  • Cucumber, strawberry & kiwi
