My Last Workshop At The Little Shop On State Street

Photo via: Erica Lee Photography

This is a bittersweet post. I officially held my very last workshop at the little shop on State Street. I cannot believe that we have held over 27 workshops here. Although I am still uncomfortable speaking in a public setting, I have grown so much in just two short years. I will cherish the memories I’ve made here and I am so thankful for the attendees that have become friends through a mutual love of flowers.

My friend Maggie asked if I could do a private workshop for her group. I was so thrilled to hangout with the ladies from my favorite coffee shop Coffee Sknobs. I found gorgeous brass vases and decided on a palette of burgundy, nude and sage green. We used a tape grind method to hold all the beautiful blooms in place. Here are the highlights from this fun night!
