Living rooms are the place where we all gather with friends and family. You create wonderful memories in your living room from silly games nights to being cozy and binge-watching your favorite TV shows together. Today, I have created a modern casual living room that will be the perfect back drop for all those memories. I wanted this space to feel cozy and warm but not break the bank. The Sofa

When I came across this sectional I knew I wanted to create a design around it. The Stone & Beam Hoffman Down-Filled Performance Sectional Sofa comes in two great colors, Grey Tweed and Ecru. I love its timeless look, clean lines, plush cushions and deep seating that looks so inviting. It has stain-resistant fabric making it a great choice for growing families and pet owners. This sectional would blend with most styles but today we are styling it in a modern casual way.

The Chairs

Its hard to find comfortable yet stylish reclining chairs but these Marston Mid Century Modern Fabric Recliners take the cake. They remind me so much of West Elm's Rhys Mid-Century Recliner but you get two for about half the price! I love the clean lines, tufted backs and their smooth finish. They have lots of different color options to choose from. Below are a few of my favorite colors!

The Rug

I love flat weave rugs! They are great for layering, they don't feel as heavy as traditional rugs and I love their prices. This lovely Luca Woven Rug  is super durable and has an allover geo print that feels modern. Its subtle fringe breaks up the lines and completes the look. Its the perfect statement piece for our living room.

The Coffee Table

There is so much I like about this Stone & Beam Hillside Antiqued Coffee Table. The table has hardwood strips that are laid out in a sunburst pattern for the top and is then wrapped in this gorgeous brush bronzed metal base. We love how the different textures play off each other!

The Art

This moody piece called Gray Daze has expressive brushstrokes creating a super dreamy look. We adore hazy abstracts and this one does not disappoint! We used two side by side here. 

The Side Table

I liked this side table as its shape plays off the coffee table without feeling to matchy-matchy. Its modern shape is warmed by the lovely wood tones found in this table. 

The Lighting

This Rivet Gold Table Lamp has sleek modern lines with a classic drum shade. I could see this lamp on a nightstand or console too!

This Drop Pendant Floor Lamp has been a favorite of mine for some time and Target has it priced just right! 

The Accessories

The ever popular Fiddle Leaf Fig Tree is a new addition to our Brick + Mortar Shop and soon will be available for purchasing online! We love putting these trees inside woven baskets. Below are a few of my favorites!

Add a touch of color to your home with our Josephine Pillows. These pillows have a soft, textured fabric with a color matching invisible zipper for easy insertion and removal of pillow inserts. Layer it with other pillows on the sofa, a bench or on your bed.

I love the unique shape of this GENERÖST vase from IKEA. We would add a few small branches of Willow Eucalyptus in this pretty vase but its beautiful both with or without Greenery.
