This contract confirms our agreement for interior design services to be performed by Amy Bennett and/or Abigail Amira LLC at your home. 

The purpose of this agreement is to define the scope of work and the schedule of payments agreed upon by each party. The design concept and implementation shall include all interior spaces as described in the scope of work, below.

Scope of Work —

Light Edesign package for one room including:

  • Concept Board to show overall feel of the space (Up to 3 concepts)

  • A Design Board with our suggestions for your space (additional revisions will be an additional charge at $25 a board)

  • Up to 8 different options for each piece (Sofa, tables, lamps, etc..)

  • Shopping List

  • General Set-up Guide

  • 5-day timeline

Fee: For the professional design service package previously described, Abigail Amira LLC shall receive a fixed fee of $299.00.

Payment Terms: Full payment shall be made upon signing of this agreement. Payments can be made below or via invoice.

Additional design services outside the scope of this agreement will be billed to the client at the hourly rate of $25. These services include, but are not limited to, project management, meeting on-site, delivery coordination, shopping services, construction plans, etc.

Purchasing: At client's request, finish materials, fixtures and furniture can be purchased by Abigail Amira LLC and a separate purchasing agreement will be presented to client for approval, signature and payment. Purchase orders will not be issued until the client has approved, signed and returned a copy of the written purchasing agreement to the designer, along with the indicated deposit or payment.

Client expectations:

  • Responding in a timely matter (Within 24 hours)

  • Purchasing products (If purchasing option isn't selected)

  • Executing the design

Cancellation: This agreement can be terminated in the event that either party fail to uphold the terms. A written notice is required to explain the reasoning. Abigail Amira LLC will be compensated for all design services performed prior to notice of such termination at the hourly rate of $50 per hour for designer. Abigail Amira LLC shall also be compensated for all outstanding balances on purchases made on behalf of client.
